FINANCIAL INFORMATION

A student and his/her sponsor attending STMC Training Institute will be responsible for the following related costs:

  • Application fee (non-refundable) $150.00
  • Texts: (non-refundable) $100.00
  • Graduation fee (non-refundable) $100.00
These educational costs will be assessed to the student and his or her sponsor if applicable as they are incurred (STMC can provide current cost information upon request).
For students only enrolled for an individual course, the entire cost of the course, texts, and fees are due and payable before commencement of the class.

The following refund schedule will be used to determine the financial obligations:
  • 100 % may be refunded three days after signing the original contract and prior to the first day of class.
  • 75% may be refunded from the total cost from day one through the first one-fourth of the program.
  • 50% of the total cost may be refunded if withdrawal occurs the second one-fourth of the program.
  • 25% of the total cost may be refunded if withdrawal occurs during the third one-forth of the program.
  • 0% of the total cost may be refunded if withdrawal occurs after the third one fourth of the program.
*Application fee, texts, and graduation fees, are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Students who enroll at STMC Training Institute sign an enrollment agreement which is a contract for their specific program of study. This agreement identifies the program length, the costs, payment terms, and STMC's cancellation and refund policy as specified below.

Either the student or STMC Training Institute may cancel and terminate this agreement by WRITTEN NOTICE.

Tuition fee must be paid at least three working days prior to class. If tuition fee exceeds $ 800.00, the student has the option of making installments pending on STMC. The entire tuition is to be refunded if the student decides not to enroll two weeks prior to class. No refund will be granted after the first official day of class.

STUDENT SERVICES at STMC Training Institute are provided for the student even before the student is formally enrolled. Applicants are given assistance in course selection through testing and placement advising in addition to counseling and referrals.
